Thanks to the BIM modeling of the current state of the Shopping Center, even applying laser scanning technology to obtain greater precision, we can study future proposals in the event of modification or renovation of elements of the structure or facilities, which allows us to anticipate before situations of lack of space or other technical inconveniences.
3D MODELING FROM CURRENT PLANS
We convert the current 2D files in possession of the Shopping Center, into a BIM model, the use of which can be used in maintenance management
and in making spatial decisions in future modifications.
3D LASER SCANNING AT THE SERVICE OF NEW CLIENTS
It allows tenants and designers to obtain information with the highest precision and reliability for the study of the space and future implementation of furniture and interior design, which translates into an improvement in marketing, by being able to anticipate unforeseen requirements.
